How to find a good doubles partner for tennis?
I’m 14 years old, and I sometimes play doubles in tennis.
I have a strong forehand, but not very comfortable with backhand.
How can I find a partner that I can play well with? For example. what should I look for in a doubles partner?
Look at one of the best doubles team in the world: the Bryan bros. One has a huge forehand and serve and the other one has better touch. When you choose a partner, choose someone who can cover your weaknesses and vice versa.

we live ina 55 and overcommunity and have a championship doubles tennis tournament once a year?
we have leagues throughout the year our seeding committee seeds some who don’t participate in leagues I find that questionable?
I see you have asked this twice. I do think it is fair if the committee knows how good these players are. Actually, this might help you out by not making you play against these players in the first round if you are also seeded. You might know that even in big pro tournaments people are seeded higher than their rankings say, especially if they have been out for a while. What if someone like Agassi who is retired, wanted to play in your tournament. Should he be seeded even if he did not play in one of your leagues?? I think so.
